User Experience Design Manager

SAP is seeking a User Experience Design Manager to lead the embedded UX practice for their assigned C&P delivery verticals. The role involves team leadership, design quality, design coherence, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UX experience, including 3+ years in a product design leadership role, and is familiar with enterprise design systems and Agentic AI product UX.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX experience
• At least 3 years in a product design leadership role within complex enterprise delivery environments
• Strong portfolio of shipped enterprise B2B product work
• Deep familiarity with enterprise design systems (SAP Fiori or equivalent)
• Practical experience with Agentic AI product UX
• Proven track record leading ~10 UX designers embedded within product or delivery teams
• Mature leadership experience including performance management and team development
• Experience managing distributed teams across European delivery centres
• Demonstrated ability to influence product and delivery decisions in the room and in the moment
• Experience working within scaled agile delivery organisations (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent)
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent delivery workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to make the case for UX investment clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
