UX Design Manager

We're looking for a UX Design Manager to lead our UX team in Palo Alto, responsible for delivering UX designs for several applications in the Procurement Area. The role involves managing and growing a team of UX designers, working with product management and engineering to understand priorities and roadmap, and advocating for user-centered design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in art, Design, HCI, Interaction, and/or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience, including a leadership role creating strategy and designing products
• Prior experience leading user experience projects and teams
• Experience working with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Experience integrating research programs throughout the life cycle, including experience with digital, global products
• Experience managing scrum and agile teams
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to articulate positions and advocate designs
• Excellent managerial and operational skills
