Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, PE, management consulting, or a senior operator role at a high-growth startup
- Finance fluency and ability to understand P&Ls, operating metrics, and corporate finance concepts
- Ability to build systems and processes, not just deliverables
- Strong written communication skills
- AI-native and ability to use AI tools daily
