Lead Business Analyst, Reinsurance

Lead Business Analyst, Reinsurance - Remote, operate as a client liaison, conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align technology solutions with business initiatives, develop business specifications for technical personnel, conduct analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs of the business environment, make recommendations to improve business processes, utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in the Insurance industry, with a focus on Reinsurance products
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to set, drive and achieve deliverables
• Strong facilitation skills
• Strong domain expertise in functional areas and lines of business relevant to Sapiens' strategy
• Working knowledge of business modelling, requirements and analysis & design disciplines of overall iterative software development life cycle
