Technical Team Lead

Sapiens is looking for a Technical Team Lead to lead the design and delivery of digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend web development, software architecture design, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer
• 3+ years experience in Backend web development in NodeJs
• 5+ years experience with building React +Redux frontend web applications.
• 2+ years experience leading design and delivery
• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant or cloud-based environments or scalable platforms (born in cloud or cloud native companies) - Must
• Experience designing and implementing drag-and-drop builders (e.g., visual editors, form builders, workflow designers) - Advantage
• Experience building end-to-end low-code / no-code platforms, including visual modeling, rule engines, and runtime execution layers - Advantage
