Requirements
- Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
- Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
- Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
- Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Document resolutions and maintain support logs
- Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
- Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
- Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
- Assist with reporting and analytics setup
- Follow compliance and data governance standards
