Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing process equipment throughout all areas of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency in single-phase electrical systems and motors.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across plant equipment.
• Accurately document all work completed in the daily Individual Shift Report.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels by properly logging parts usage and notifying supervisors of low stock.
• Conduct general building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Perform electrical repairs on single-phase and three-phase power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment control wiring and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety procedures, GMP standards, and proper repair practices at all times.
• Execute assigned equipment repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks independently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
