As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing process equipment throughout all areas of the facility. This role involves technical work requiring sound judgment within established practices and procedures, with supervisory support available for atypical situations.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across plant equipment.
- Accurately document all work completed in the daily Individual Shift Report.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels by properly logging parts usage and notifying supervisors of low stock.
- Conduct general building maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Perform electrical repairs on single-phase and three-phase power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment control wiring and electrical systems.
- Inspect equipment and independently perform corrective actions within the scope of a Class B Maintenance Technician.
- Adhere to safety procedures, GMP standards, and proper repair practices at all times.
- Execute assigned equipment repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks independently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
