Maintenance Tech (3rd Shift)

As a Maintenance Tech, you will perform routine preventative maintenance and services on ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC, water heating systems, and boiler/condenser water chemical systems. You will also perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual facility and building inspections, and maintain refrigeration logs and records.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to utilize manufacturer equipment manuals, troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, and read mechanical drawings
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Basic Electrical knowledge to include NFPA 70e requirements
• Ability to meet physical demands required for the position
• Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment; good visual acuity with ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; perform pump rebuilds, sensor calibrations, PM’s
