Payroll Analyst

Saputo is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the payroll team for all activities involved in the US payroll cycle, gathering and reconciling timekeeping data, and ensuring compliance with US Federal, State and local laws when processing payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum five years in US payroll processing for mid to large size companies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of multi-state, multi-jurisdiction environment, taxes and labor for the US
• Analytical thinker and team player.
• Experience with ADP (Smart Compliance), Workforce and Workday.
• Excellent organizational/communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel to include at a minimum Pivot table, v-lookup and some formulas.
