Job Description
At Saputo, we are seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead the shared quality assurance team within a key area of the site, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and integrity standards. The role will be responsible for conducting verification activities, including QMS, GMP, and internal audits, and will have direct, hands-on responsibilities for BRC and retailer audits.
Requirements
- Experienced at a management, supervisory or team leader level within a relevant production/manufacturing environment
- Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of internal audits
- Highly experienced and knowledgeable with BRC audits
- Knowledgeable of GMP, practical application of HACCP, TACCP & VACCP, process and product standards, specifications and attributes
- Experienced with retailer audit procedures
- Level 3 food hygiene certified
- Level 3 HACCP
