Job Description
Saputo is seeking a Warehouse Leadhand to lead a shift of team members, coordinate shipping and/or warehouse operations, and perform product inventory activities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, and experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Lead a shift of team members
- Coordinate shipping and/or warehouse operations
- Perform product inventory activities
- Employing training for new employees
- Monitor and communicate employees' work schedules
- Recommend improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity
- Perform all required EWM SAP transactions
- Analyze and resolve work problems
- Maintain time and shipping records
- Ensure the warehouse work areas are clean and organized
