Maintenance Supervisor (night shift)

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and direct Maintenance Mechanics, ensuring efficiency and reduced downtime. The role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising preventative maintenance tasks, daily work orders, and small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering degree or related field preferred
• 5+ years of work experience in the field of maintenance/production equipment including supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
• Blueprint reading of building and mechanical systems
• Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs); electro-mechanical systems; PLC programming techniques; advanced industrial controls; operator interface components; detection devices
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance control systems, including scheduling of all work orders (preventative, corrective and mechanical and mechanics)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to implement MSC systems at the floor level
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
