Job Description
The Production PSS (Line Lead) is responsible for leading production or packaging lines, ensuring regulatory checks are complete, and maintaining production data. The role requires leading a team, coordinating job rotations, and communicating with employees. The position involves working in cold temperatures, lifting heavy objects, and exposure to noise and fumes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year of experience or more leading workplace teams
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills to utilize ERP system
- Ability to work all shifts
- Valid forklift/Powered Industrial Truck license
- Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to work legally in the United States
