Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
- 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others
- Proven experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments
- Passion for data-driven recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse, international teams
