Associate Director, HR Business Partner

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to lead and deliver people strategies that enable functional and enterprise business objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders and Extended Leadership Team members to anticipate organizational and talent needs, diagnose risks and opportunities, and design scalable solutions that advance Sarepta’s mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated leadership in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people solutions in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
