Job Description
Manage Sargent Electric Company’s health and safety program for the Hart Solar project, providing site safety training and technical support. Develop and enforce a high-quality site safety program and an injury-free work environment.
Requirements
- Provide general safety training to all personnel at the site
- Maintain training records to ensure compliance with OSHA and Department of Labor & Industry
- Sound knowledge of OSHA 1926 and applicable consensus standards
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses and mitigation strategy
- Evaluate effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks and compliance auditing
