Manager, Site Safety

We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support the construction of a utility-scale solar project. The role serves as the on-site safety leader and owner’s representative, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site safety performance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Cypress Creek Renewables’ HSSE policies and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of construction safety experience, preferably in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or heavy civil/industrial construction.
• Proven experience functioning in an owner’s representative or site safety leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 and 1926) and construction safety best practices.
