Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Professional experience in composite manufacturing
- Understanding of composite material properties, curing cycles, and process control
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
