Job Description
The Application Operations Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for the reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day operation of enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on core ERP platforms and supporting operational systems.
Requirements
- Monitor application performance, integrations, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and batch processes to ensure availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and configuration issues, recommending effective and sustainable solutions.
- Configure, support, and maintain ERP and supporting application components under established standards.
- Assist with development and maintenance of application enhancements, reports, interfaces, and data processes as assigned.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests assigned through the Helpdesk from intake through resolution.
