FLIGHT DECK MANAGER

As a Flight Deck Manager at SAS Scandinavia, you will be a key leader for a team of pilots at the Copenhagen airport crew base. You will support and develop our flight crew, communicate with pilots, and represent flight deck management in work environment forums. The role is an administrative leadership position reporting to the Head of Flight Crew.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience from an operational environment with larger employee groups
• An academic degree or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and regional aviation regulations is beneficial
