We are seeking a Team Manager for our Passenger Services department at Oslo Airport. The position involves leading a team, ensuring safety and operational efficiency, and providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a dedicated team through clear and coaching leadership
- Ensure all safety requirements are met and deliveries comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers
- Follow up on employees' competencies, qualifications, and certifications
- Motivate, develop, and recognize employees for their performance
- Actively follow up on sick leave, operational deviations, and incidents
- Ensure employee follow-up is properly documented
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the organization and processes
- Participate in customer and supplier meetings when required
- Hire within your area of responsibilities in line with budgeted frameworks
