Compliance Officer - Investment Products (Luxembourg)

Compliance Officer (Investment Products) role at Satispay, responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, particularly within the investment products landscape. Daily tasks include implementing and maintaining a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and supporting regulatory strategy and licensing processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution in Luxembourg or Europe
• Regulatory knowledge and experience working within a compliance framework
• Regulatory understanding of European regulations, including MiFID 2 and ideally MiCA, and Luxembourg laws applicable to Investment firms
• Interest in fintech and investments, including virtual assets
• AML/CFT knowledge, including transaction monitoring and international financial sanctions
