Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the primary facilitator for the executive's daily operations, responsible for coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics, and driving internal operations and culture.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in a high-pressure support or operations role
• Proven executive support experience in scale-up tech, finance, or consultancy environments
• Master of Google Suite, Slack, and Notion, and proficient in using AI to optimize workflows
