Job Description
Sauce is a premier restaurant technology platform seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of People to lead and scale its People function, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of HR/People experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth or global organizations, and a proven track record of building and scaling HR functions in dynamic environments.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of HR/People experience
- Senior leadership roles in high-growth or global organizations
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate company goals into People strategies
- Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust across all levels
- Confident, decisive, and empathetic leader with high emotional intelligence
- Experience managing global HR practices, including compensation, benefits, and labor law consideration
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
