Requirements

• 8–12+ years of HR/People experience
• Senior leadership roles in high-growth or global organizations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate company goals into People strategies
• Hands-on and execution-focused, with ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, decisive, and empathetic leader with high emotional intelligence
• Experience managing global HR practices
