Job Description
Onboarding Agent role involves onboarding new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform, ensuring a successful and efficient setup, and working closely with Sales & Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- B2B communication skills
- Sales experience (up-selling new products and renewals)
- English-speaking (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Experience working with restaurant industry owners and managers
- Experience working with Hubspot, Aircall, and/or Slack
