Sauce is a premier restaurant online and delivery management platform that empowers successful restaurants to grow their businesses. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Training Manager to help build and scale a high-performing, data-driven learning culture across our global revenue organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years in hands-on Sales Training, Enablement, or Learning & Development in SaaS or tech
- Strong understanding of SMB inbound sales, in the US market
- Proven track record, building onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset and ability to measure impact
- Hands-on experience in measuring AE/SDRs performance and training effectiveness
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Past experience in CSM / SDR / Sales AE / Sales analyst
- Experience in food tech, marketplace, or SMB SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and with one of the leading LMS / training platforms
- Highly versed with sales tech stack (reporting tools, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
