Requirements

• Organize and coordinate logistics processes, ensuring efficiency in the management of shipments.
• Communication and follow-up with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate the transportation of merchandise, ensuring its arrival at the destination.
• Control and optimize transportation routes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
• Monitor shipments and keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
• Manage capillary distribution and transportation documentation.
• Check and verify transportation invoices, ensuring the integrity of the merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and respond to suppliers and customers efficiently.
• Resolve incidents and manage operational crises effectively.
