Job Description
The Production Operator will repair and maintain start-up machinery to ensure production is planned and compliant with quality standards. This role involves following procedures, managing process control records, and ensuring product quality. The operator will be responsible for machine performance monitoring, pasteurization, fermentation monitoring, and supervision of the machine.
Requirements
- Completed middle school education
- Experience in production or factories environments
- Familiarity with operation of machines and equipment in the production line
- Ability to perform tasks requiring dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to weigh in on inputs and routine analysis (pH and EST of the mass and mixtures)
