The Senior Universal Banker is a cross-trained banking professional responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing teller, personal banking, and loan processing functions.

Requirements

• Accurately process a wide range of customer transactions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Provide guidance on banking products and services
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts
• Administer online banking services
• Assist customers with loan applications and disbursements
• Perform account updates and maintenance
• Balance personal cash drawer and assist with ATM and vault balancing
• Ensure compliance with all cash handling, balancing, and security protocols
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Actively promote and cross-sell bank products and services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance policies
• Process BSA reporting and participate in branch operations
• Support the bank’s commitment to community involvement
