Job Description
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, management, and supervision of maintenance activities in the building, ensuring safety and compliance for residents and staff.
Requirements
- University degree or above majoring in Electrical, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Mechanical Electrical or relevant fields.
- Proven experienced in manage Technician team as strategic leader that deliver high performance.
- Excellent leadership team management skills with work performance optimization.
- Excellent in communication, problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge about technology related to saving using effectively energy water.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in Chief Engineer role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
