Property Manager

The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the project from pre-opening to handover to residents, striving for improvement, efficiency and success in managing and services provided to customers.

Requirements

• Take over the project from the investor
• Build relationships between investors, project management team, residents, subcontractors, service providers and daily staff
• Establish an organizational chart, work schedule and job descriptions for all employees
• Prepare pre-opening budget and internal regulations for residents
• Select, guide and supervise external contractors
• Build a project management team and standard operating procedures
• Ensure and maintain necessary permits and legal certificates
• Recruit, train and develop on-site employees
• Interact and exchange information between investor and residents
• Represent investor in all matters and handle necessary work with competent authorities
• Conduct inspections and ensure daily services are maintained
• Prepare and submit on time reports
