Technician is responsible for safe operation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, PABX system, TV, fire system and other necessary tasks.

Requirements

Graduated from College or University majoring in Electrical Electronic, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Mechanical Electrical
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
Admit students who recent graduate
Experience in technical maintenance is an advantage
Be well informed about the M.E.P of the building, problem solving, honesty and agility
Set up, cost estimation and construction techniques of M.E.P items
Proactive, competency, flexibility and a willingness to learn
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work multitasking
Literacy for writing reports and presentations
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative
Good teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
