Head of Wealth Management Operations

Savvy is a fast-growing, technology-enabled wealth management business looking for a Head of Wealth Management Operations to design, lead, and scale the operating backbone of the company. The role involves owning all core operations across RIA and introducing broker-dealer, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and delightful advisor and client experiences.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive operations leadership in wealth management
• Direct experience in a hybrid RIA + broker-dealer environment
• Strong process design chops and ability to rebuild workflows and reduce cycle time/error rates
• Tech-forward operator with experience leading system implementations and automation projects
• Excellent people leadership and cross-functional communication skills
• Active Series 7 and 66, Series 65, CFA or CFP
