Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to join our dynamic Advisor Growth team. This role is pivotal to attracting the best financial advisors to Savvy Wealth and will report directly to our SGA Manager.
Requirements
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors
- Research and analyze target companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges
- Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads by conducting effective discovery conversations to uncover their pain points and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and account information in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscapes
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and initiatives
