You are experienced in service and want to support regular networking events for high-ranking executives in Frankfurt? Then this job might be just right for you!
Info about the events:
- What? Networking events for 10-20 high-ranking executives from medium-sized and large companies, in a relaxed atmosphere, with good food and drinks.
- When? About 3 times a month, always on Wednesday or Thursday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. You should be able to attend as often as possible. The dates are fixed at least 3 months in advance.
- Where? In fine dining restaurants in the center of Frankfurt.
Start date
February 2025.
Time investment
Recount a total investment of about 6-7 hours per event, including:
- 1 hour preparation
- 4 hours at the event
- 1-2 hours post-event
Pay
The pay is €170 per meetup, plus €20 to cover smaller expenses such as printing and travel costs. You should be able to submit invoices.

Impressions of our meetups
Your tasks
Your task:
- You are responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on our regular meetups.
- Preparation:
- Printing and preparing name tags and questionnaires for participants as well as some other documents for the meetup host.
- Bringing smaller materials such as pens and clipboards.
- Pressing the participant names so that you can greet them personally upon arrival.
- During the meetup:
- Making smaller preparations at the venue and finalizing arrangements with the meetup host and the location staff before the guests arrive.
- Welcoming guests and handing out name tags.
- Checking and filling out the participant list.
- Ensuring that the service staff supplies the guests with sufficient food and drinks, or actively asking about drink preferences.
- Supporting the meetup host with all matters during the event.
- Taking photos of the event for social media.
- Filming the introduction round so that we can connect the participants with each other based on their mentioned challenges and experiences after the event.
- Ensuring that the agenda from the meetup host is roughly followed.
- Ensuring that the guests fill out an exit questionnaire before leaving the event and collect it.
- Follow-up on the evening of the event:
- Filling out a small questionnaire of your own to give us feedback on the event.
- Adding the participant list with the challenges and experiences mentioned during the introduction round (supported by the video recording).
- Ensuring that the participant list is complete and correctly filled out.
- Uploading the participant list as well as all questionnaires, photos, and videos.

- You communicate proactively if you have feedback or suggestions, or if something has gone wrong.
- Only then can we always improve.
Your profile
You have at least 2 years of experience in high-end hospitality (preferably reception or service) or gastronomy and know what excellent service means.
You are safe and professional when dealing with international guests and executives.
You speak native German and can communicate fluently in English.
You bring your full commitment, are proactive, and are enthusiastic about giving your all.
You are reliable and work with great care in the preparation and follow-up of the meetups.
You are open to feedback and new ideas.
