The pay is €170 per meetup, plus €20 to cover smaller expenses such as printing and travel costs. You should be able to submit invoices.
SAWOO is a young, dynamic company from Munich with 15 employees, most of whom work remotely. Our team works from 6 different countries. We build and operate communities around decision-makers from medium-sized and large companies to support them through collaborative learning and networking, to overcome challenges and to develop personally and professionally.
To this end, we organize physical and virtual networking events, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for community members. We also operate websites and LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels, through which we publish custom content, such as posts, newsletters, and blog posts, and connect community members with each other.
Members of our communities are, for example, executives from renowned companies such as Bosch, Mercedes, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Airbus, Amazon, Siemens, etc. Our goal is to welcome two million active members in our communities by 2034.

Above and beyond guest experience: We provide excellent service to ensure an unforgettable stay at our meetups. We exceed the expectations of our community members and focus on details, as they are ultimately decisive.
Clean working method: You work with great care in the preparation and post-processing of the events. Especially, you ensure that the participant list, questionnaires, photos, and videos are absolutely complete and reach us on the evening of the event.
Proactive communication: You communicate proactively if you have feedback or suggestions, or if something has gone wrong. Only in this way can we always improve.
You have at least 2 years of experience in upscale hospitality (preferably reception or service) or gastronomy and know what excellent service entails.
You approach international guests and executives safely and professionally.
You speak native German and can communicate fluently in English.
You bring your full commitment, are proactive, and enjoy giving your all.
You are reliable and work with great care in the preparation and post-processing of the meetups.
You are open to feedback and new ideas.
Competitive pay of €190 per meetup.
Good planning, as the meetup dates are fixed at least 3 months in advance.

Interesting insights into current trends and challenges in various industries.
Developing organizational and communicative skills as well as collecting experience in event management.
