Job Description
We are looking for an Event Coordinator to support high-ranking executives at regular networking events in Hamburg. The job involves preparation, execution, and post-execution of meetups, including tasks such as printing and preparing name tags, welcoming guests, and ensuring excellent service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in upscale hotel service (preferably reception or service) or gastronomy
- Native German speaker and fluent English speaker
- Confidence and professionalism in approaching international guests and executives
