Job Description
We are looking for an experienced event coordinator to support our regular networking meetings for high-ranking executives in Salzburg. The job involves preparing, conducting, and following up on events, including welcoming guests, handing out name tags, and taking photos and videos for social media. The remuneration is a flat rate of €170 per event, plus €20 to cover expenses.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the upscale hotel industry (preferably reception or service) or gastronomy
- Native German and fluent English skills
- Confident and professional communication with international guests and executives
- Proactive and committed to making an effort
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Open to feedback and new ideas
