Job Description
We are looking for an Event Coordinator to support regular networking events for high-ranking executives in Vienna. The job involves preparation, implementation, and aftercare of the events, including printing and preparing name tags, welcoming guests, and taking photos for social media. The ideal candidate has experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, speaks native German and fluent English, and is proactive and reliable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in upscale hospitality (preferably reception or service) or gastronomy
- Native German and fluent English
- Proactive and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
