The Chicago School is seeking a Director of Student Advising to lead the Student Advising Division within Student Support Services. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree, 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in academic advising or student success programs, and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of university-wide advising efforts, leading the coordination and delivery of all advising processes, and providing vision, strategy, and guidance. The position requires collaboration with intradepartmental leaders, campus and academic leadership, and other student-facing departments to holistically support students. The Director may be expected to serve as a 'key contact' for one or more campuses and maintain a campus presence 3-4 days a week.
