Senior Manager, New Product Introduction

Join us at SB Energy, a leading company backed by SoftBank and Ares, as a Senior Manager, New Product Introduction. We're looking for an entrepreneurial, hard-working, and collegial individual to lead new product introduction of innovative technologies, particularly focused on advanced energy and datacenter projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in commercializing new products, especially energy-related hardware for datacenters and/or renewable energy.
• B.S. Engineering from ABET-accredited University or other technical degree. Additional business focused degree is a plus (e.g., MBA).
• Broad experience across new and emerging energy-related technologies, including hardware and software for renewable energy and datacenters.
• Fundamental understanding of datacenters and deployment needs and pain points. Direct experience is a plus.
• Strong engineering, commercialization, communication skills, and an ability to work in a dynamic team environment to think outside the box and solve traditional problems in new ways.
