IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our small team in our Offenbacher office. You will provide IT support to customers via phone, remote IT problem-solving, and keep an overview of tickets and SLAs.

Requirements

• Completed education as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange Online
• Experience with hardware provision via Intune
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and antivirus solutions
• German knowledge at C1 level
