Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing sales and maintaining existing relationships with SBM customers, ensuring their continued use of SBM for business. This role involves lead communication, contract negotiation, budget oversight, identifying new sales opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations. The position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years management experience in GMP
- Three plus years of experience or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals
- Ability to write reports
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of Word Processing software
