Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee activities within assigned programs, including employees and temporary staff. Responsibilities include performing duties of employees, training, coordinating work, conducting inspections, and tracking inventory. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Perform duties of employees within assigned programs.
- Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor work activities.
- Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
- Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage supplies and maintain inventory.
- Issue equipment and supplies.
- Monitor employee performance and report issues.
- Correct at risk behavior.
- Report accidents and incidents.
