Custodial Lead

SBM Management is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee activities for assigned programs, including custodial work, clean room maintenance, and related tasks. Responsibilities include employee training, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and supervising others, with proficiency in customer service and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Perform duties of employees within the assigned program.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitors work activities.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
• Track supplies inventory and maintain.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Corrects at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately.
• Report accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, data collection.
