Job Description
SBM Management is hiring a Floor Technician to ensure commercial or office spaces are kept clean and orderly. The role involves customer communication, maintaining a professional appearance, and using appropriate safety equipment. Responsibilities include floor maintenance, completing assignments, and following company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in the janitorial industry with floor/carpet care expertise preferred.
- Floor Care experience and using machinery.
- General knowledge of care floor and scrubbing techniques.
- Driver's License required.
- Ability to work without normal supervision
