Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Floor Technician to ensure customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. The role involves following safety rules, maintaining cleaning and maintenance of floors, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be able to work independently and with a team, perform repetitive tasks, and report safety hazards.
Requirements
- Experience in the janitorial industry (floor/carpet care expertise preferred)
- Floor Care experience and using machinery (Driver's License Required)
- General Knowledge of Care Floor and Scrubbing Techniques
- Report safety hazards as appropriate
- Ability to work without normal supervision
