Floor Tech

SBM Management is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean and orderly commercial or office spaces. This role requires excellent customer communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow company procedures. The position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Work with other employees in a team
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Understand customer service
• Understand reporting systems
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies
• Use and maintain equipment properly
• Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
• Report safety hazards as appropriate
